THE ROLE

At Fora, we are reimagining the future of online communities and are looking for a passionate, self-motivated Mobile Product Manager. Fora helps curious explorers discover cool products for their hobbies based on authentic community perspectives. As a Product Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to offer a native mobile experience to millions of users and make improvements for over 15k installed MAUs. Each month, Fora connects over 60 million people around common interests. Your mission is to make their experience of connecting and sharing these interests even more amazing on mobile. WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Develop the core value proposition, MVP requirements, experiment roadmap, and acquisition and growth strategy for the app on iOS and Android.

- Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Community Management teams to ship mobile apps and features.

- Other related responsibilities and ad hoc projects as negotiated and needed to meet the ongoing needs of the company.

ABOUT YOU

- 2 years of product management experience, working directly with software engineers, designers, and marketers.

- Experience with app analyticsExcellent communication and coordination skills within a team and cross-departmentally

- High adaptability in an experimental, fast-paced environment

- Ability to travel between Canada and the US periodically

YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU ALSO HAVE

- Experience launching and growing successful consumer iOS and/or Android apps, ideally with 50K MAUs.

- Experience with rapid prototyping and experimentation

- Interest in forums and online communities

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
